Question by Taylor B: What gym machines work my abs?
I’m trying to lose a little extra weight on my stomach and am wondering if anyone has any advice on good machines that work the abs. I’m up for anything. Let me know!

I know you don’t WANT to hear this – but you can’t lose fat just from your abs.
Any exercise you do, burns off fat from all around the body. If you do leg exercises (squats, lunges, running, etc) that will burn off probably more fat from your stomach than doing crunches/ab work.
I found a good six-pack guide (link below) which will probably work for you – it has info for people who just want to lose weight/tone up, not just for people wanting six packs
