I’m a little chubby and I’ve been wanting to lose weight for the longest. I’ve been exercising a lot recently and I did lose some weight and people noticed but I don’t have muscles. How can I burn fat and get muscles if possible? If not how can I burn fat much more effective.

Well, you can burn fat by going on diets, and exercising, which is probably what your doing. Right? So I suggest Lifting weights, go to the gym if you can and get to it!
