I want a nice, toned, flat stomach. I do ab exercises 5 days a week, and cardio 3 days, as well as other strength exercises.
If I do them 5 days a week, how many different exercises should I do a day? Right now I do the same three every day.
I’m not fat at all.
I’m actually quite slim, it’s just that my stomach isn’t toned.
