Has anyone read the e book The Truth About Six Pack Abs? Does it really work or is it just another scam? If you have read it what were your results? Should I buy it or will it just be a waste of money? When will i start losing weight?

I suggest you go find a personal trainer or someone whos been trained and who knows what he is doing. He’ll be able to know what you want and give you the right plans to follow. He’ll also be able to know what you are doing wrong and help you do it properly. If money is an issue then just get one for 2-3 lessons.
Usually it takes about a few weeks, couple of months to see a good result.
